BlytheRay is an experienced strategic adviser to public companies, helping them to build and maintain their corporate narrative, protect their market reputation and cultivate a growing shareholder base.

Our experience advising listed companies across the LSE, AIM, TSX, OTCQX, NASDAQ and other financial exchanges, has enabled us to develop trusted relationships within the financial media and with analysts and investors.

We have developed a strong, two-way dialogue with private client brokers, who play an important role in increasing a company’s liquidity, as well as with market analysts. We act as our clients’ voice in the market, ensuring the market participants are kept abreast of all developments in our clients’ businesses, whilst simultaneously gathering feedback, formally and informally, and analysing sentiment, forecasts and models.

We arrange group lunches, one-to-one meetings, analyst roadshows and site visits. There is a structured, rigorous follow up process following each event, which ensures that our clients know what the investment community thinks about them, helping to tailor future company messaging.

We organise and advise on events such as results presentations and site visits and, where possible, put our clients directly in front of equity sales teams, in addition to equity research analysts, so that the company message is delivered to exactly the right audiences.
