Megan is a Managing Partner at BlytheRay and joined the business in 2014.
With over 15 years’ experience in financial communications and investor relations, and a background in investment research, Megan has successfully advised clients across a diverse range of sectors, working with both UK and internationally listed businesses, as well as with private companies.
Megan has significant expertise in executing capital markets and strategic communications programmes and has worked extensively on high-profile mergers and acquisitions, fundraises and IPOs.
As a trusted adviser to boards and senior management teams, Megan provides strategic counsel on all aspects of communications including reputation management, capital markets and transactions, media engagement, crisis communications, financial calendar management and internal communications. Having spearheaded numerous successful communications strategies, Megan is recognised for providing clear, effective guidance and best practice-advice in complex and highly regulated environments.
In addition to client advisory responsibilities, Megan sits on the Board of Directors, overseeing corporate operations whilst helping to shape company-wide strategic initiatives.
Megan holds an MA in Urban Studies and Planning from the University of Sheffield.
